Places close to water, such as bathrooms or kitchens, often cause dirt. Caused by the secretion of pigment, the purpose is to create an environment for its own habitat. But such red dirt is often considered to be caused by rust, and the real cause is the secretion secreted by microorganisms. Although these microorganisms are harmless, they are still unsuitable, and their secretions will make the surface slippery and accidents are likely to occur. Therefore, when we apply nano-composite materials on the floor or the surface with bacteria, it can oxidize and decompose the microorganisms, making the surface antibacterial and effectively decontaminating.
At present, our antibacterial company mainly uses nano-composite materials to achieve antibacterial effects. The main principle includes the method of reacting with silver ions and sulfhydryl groups in bacteria to inhibit their reproduction and the method of producing superoxide by nano-composite materials. Free radicals decompose bacteria, and the surface is charged. This charge will pull the cell membrane of the bacteria, causing the cell membrane to rupture and lead to the death of the bacteria. Therefore, the double nanocomposite technology combines three methods to achieve the top antibacterial effect.

In addition to decomposing organic pollutants, nanocomposites can also be used to decompose bacteria and viruses. Experiments have shown that after 1,000 candles of ultraviolet light is irradiated for one hour, the photocatalyst can decompose 99.9% of coliform bacteria, methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and the bactericidal effect is quite remarkable. Experiments revealed that after coating the floor and walls with nano-composite materials, the number of planktonic bacteria in the air was significantly reduced, the growth of mold in the room was reduced, and the odor was greatly reduced.
